FAQ
What is the maximum file size?
12 MB for the PDF. If you use an image as the watermark, that image is also limited (we accept PNG and JPEG).
Is my PDF sent to a server?
No. Watermarking runs in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
Can I use both text and an image?
You can enter watermark text and optionally add an image. Both will be applied. If you only want one, leave the other empty or don't upload an image.
Where does the watermark appear?
The text watermark is centered on each page. The image watermark (if you add one) is also centered and scaled to fit. For more control (position, size) you'd need a desktop or advanced tool.
What does opacity do?
Opacity controls how strong the watermark looks. Lower values make it fainter so the original content is easier to read. Higher values make it more visible (good for draft or confidential labels).
