How is TDEE calculated?
TDEE = BMR × activity factor. Factors: sedentary 1.2, light 1.375, moderate 1.55, active 1.725, very active 1.9.
Can I enter my BMR directly?

What activity level should I choose?
Sedentary: little or no exercise. Light: 1–3 days/week. Moderate: 3–5 days. Active: 6–7 days. Very active: physical job + exercise.
